东得克萨斯油田发现于1930年,至今已开采了近80年,采收率达到78.5%,是世界上大型油田中采收率最高的油田,其开发的成功经验对我国,特别是处于中后期开发阶段的大型油田,具有重要的启示。本文通过回顾东得克萨斯油田开发历程,结合该油田地质特征,对东得克萨斯油田采取的限产、下倾注水保持压力、密井网开发、封堵和加深以及多种提高采收率手段进行了深刻剖析,并以我国大型油田——大庆油田为例,围绕进一步提高采收率,提出了继续保持地层压力,改善油藏非均质性,密井网开发,挖潜未开发潜力层,挑战采收率极限等技术对策与建议。
