目的探讨血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)用于诊断急性脑梗死(ACI)的临床价值。方法采用AXSYM全自动免疫分析仪对60例ACI患者和60例正常对照的血清Hcy进行了检测分析。结果 ACI组血清Hcy含量为(22.98±9.31)μmol/L,正常对照组血清Hcy含量为(11.87±3.28)μmol/L。经统计学处理,两组Hcy含量差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),ACI患者血清Hcy含量明显升高。结论高Hcy血症是脑梗死的重要危险因素,检测血清Hcy对于脑梗死的诊治具有重要临床价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of serum homocysteine (Hcy) in the diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction (ACI). Methods The serum Hcy of 60 patients with ACI and 60 normal controls were detected by AXSYM automatic immunoassay analyzer. Results Serum Hcy level was (22.98 ± 9.31) μmol / L in ACI group and 11.87 ± 3.28 μmol / L in normal control group. Statistically, Hcy content difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.01), ACI patients with serum Hcy levels were significantly increased. Conclusion Hyperhomocysteinemia is an important risk factor of cerebral infarction. Detecting serum Hcy has important clinical value in diagnosis and treatment of cerebral infarction.
