21世纪以来,随着台湾经济产业升级,职业教育在服务经济及促进社会发展的过程中出现了招生、升学、定位等一系列问题。针对这些问题,台湾地区通过提高办学层次、完善职教体系岗前培训、制定竞争性经费奖励制度、提升教师素质等一系列措施,对其职业教育发展和经济水平提升产生了重要的促进作用。 Since the 21st century, with the upgrading of Taiwan’s economy and industry, vocational education has engendered a series of problems such as enrollment, further education and orientation in the process of serving the economy and promoting social development. In response to these problems, Taiwan has played an important role in promoting the development of its vocational education and improving its economic level through a series of measures such as improving the level of running a school, perfecting the pre-service training of vocational education system, formulating competitive funding incentive system and improving the quality of teachers.
