为了探讨玉屏风散纠正甲低兔体温异常的作用机理,本工作对甲低组、中药组和对照组三组实验兔进行血清TT_4、TT_3和皮质醇含量的动态观测.结果表明,中药组术后血清TT_3含量较术前无明显下降,与对照组相似;其皮质醇含量下降幅度也较甲低组小.提示玉屏风散对甲低病体出现的多个内分泌系统机能障碍,可能具有较广泛的调整作用。
In order to explore the mechanism of Yupingfengsan in correcting abnormal body temperature in rabbits with hypoxia, this study performed a dynamic observation of the serum TT_4, TT_3 and cortisol levels in experimental rabbits of the three groups: A low group, Chinese medicine group and control group.
