目的观察戊酸雌二醇、调宫汤联合用药对克罗米酚周期子宫内膜的影响。方法将60例服克罗米酚促排卵治疗的不孕症患者随机分为A组克罗米酚组和B组克罗米酚+戊酸雌二醇+调宫汤。比较两组HCG日子宫内膜厚度、类型、子宫动脉博动指数及宫颈粘液评分。结果B组子宫内膜厚度、宫颈粘液评分均高于A组(P<0.05)。B组子宫动脉搏动指数低于A组(P<0.01)。结论戊酸雌二醇+调宫汤中西医结合改善克罗米酚诱导排卵中子宫内膜的发育。
Objective To observe the effects of estradiol valerate and Tiao Gong Tang on the endometrial cycle of clomiphene citrate. Methods 60 cases of infertility patients treated with clomiphene ovulation induction were randomly divided into clomeramil group A and clomipramine + estradiol valerate + Tiao Gong Tang. Endometrial thickness, type, index of uterine artery motility and cervical mucus score were compared between the two groups. Results The endometrial thickness and cervical mucus score of group B were higher than that of group A (P <0.05). The pulse index of uterine artery in group B was lower than that in group A (P <0.01). Conclusion Estradiol valerate + Tonic Palace decoction can improve the development of endometrium induced by clomiphene in ovulation.
