绩效考核是绩效管理的一个部分,是对公立医院绩效水平的评价。此研究尝试构建北京地区三甲医院绩效评价推荐指标体系,研究指标的实用性及可行性。
Performance appraisal is a part of performance management, which is an evaluation of the performance of public hospitals. This study attempts to construct a recommended index system for performance evaluation of the top three hospitals in Beijing and to study the practicability and feasibility of the indicators.
