病毒性肝炎(简称肝炎)并发三度房室阻滞罕见,我科于1985年1月仅见一例。特报告如下。男患,19岁,建筑工人。因乏力纳差半月伴黄胆一周于1985年1月14日入院。伴随症状有恶心腹胀皮肤搔痒。齿龈出血及尿呈茶色。平素体健,无风湿病及其他心脏病史。入院体查:体温36.5℃,脉搏80,血压116/70,神清。巩膜皮肤深度黄染,未见肝掌及蜘蛛痣。无感染病灶。齿龈渗血。肺部阴性。心界不大,心率80,律齐有力,各瓣膜区未闻及杂音。

Lung negative. Heart, heart rate 80, law Qi powerful, the valve area did not smell and noise.
