含硼合金钢的热冲压在汽车车身生产领域变得越来越重要,迄今为止,这是生产超高强度零件唯一的应急生产技术。但是还存在许多改进的要求,如提高产量和降低生产成本。一个途径是改变加热方式(如感应加热),但是当使用Al-Si覆层材料时,现有的加热装置达到极限。另一个重要途径是热冲压工艺中的模具冷却技术。本文重点介绍感应加热对Al-Si覆层钢带的影响以及冷却模具方面最新发展,与加热技术效果相关联的最大加热速度也有所涉及。
Hot stamping of boron-alloyed steel is becoming more and more important in the field of automotive bodywork and by far the only contingency production technology for producing ultra-high-strength parts. However, there are still many requirements for improvement, such as increasing production and reducing production costs. One way is to change the heating method (such as induction heating), but when using Al-Si cladding materials, existing heating devices reach their limits. Another important approach is die cooling in hot stamping. This article focuses on the effect of induction heating on the Al-Si coated steel strip and the latest developments in cooling dies, as are the maximum heating rates associated with heating technology effects.
