住宅,在法律上属私有空间,他人不得干预。但是,自人类从散居到聚落,从乡镇发展到城市,住宅已溶入由多功能组合而成的环境空间,它必须接受群体共认的现代文明的约束。欧美经济发达国家,都经历过这样的历程。对我们这个文明古国,也不能例十。住房一天不可缺少,但住宅的定义是什么?怎样建造符合需要的住宅?却是建筑界反复探讨的重要课题之一。笔者水平有限,
Residential houses are legally private spaces and others must not interfere. However, since humans have moved from diaspora to settlements, from townships to cities, the residences have dissolved into a multi-functional environmental space, and it must accept the constraints of the modern civilization that groups recognize. European and American economic developed countries have all experienced such a course. For our ancient civilization, we cannot rule 10. Housing is indispensable for a day, but what is the definition of a house? How to build a house that meets the needs is one of the important topics that the construction industry has repeatedly discussed. The author’s level is limited.
