Silicon Laboratories introduces the new C8051F41x family of microcontrollers (MCUs) to integrate 32kB of flash memory and a variety of high-performance analog peripherals including SmaRTClock and fail-safe recovery features into a compact 5mm x 5mm package. The C8051F41x also offers a flexible 2V to 5V supply with programmable on-chip programmable voltage regulator and up to 5V independent I / O voltage control.
