随钻测量单元是水平定向钻进导向系统的关键组成部分,解算出正确的姿态信息是实现导向的前提。描述了利用3轴加速度计和3轴磁阻传感器测量钻具倾角、方位角和工具面向角等姿态信息的方法,并推导出相应的计算公式。针对测量过程中存在的温度和正交误差源,给出了相应的误差补偿方法;针对钻具干扰磁场和地磁倾角、地磁偏角对方位角测量引入的误差,详细分析了补偿原理,建立了补偿模型。误差实验结果表明,该补偿方法可以提高姿态测量的精度。
The measurement-while-drilling unit is a key component of a horizontal directional drilling guidance system. Solving for the correct attitude information is the prerequisite for achieving orientation. Describes the method of measuring the attitude information of the tool such as the inclination angle, azimuth angle and tool orientation angle using 3-axis accelerometer and 3-axis magnetoresistive sensor, and deduces the corresponding formulas. Aiming at the temperature and the orthogonal error sources existing in the measurement process, the corresponding error compensation methods are given. According to the errors introduced by the azimuth measurement of the interference magnetic field and the geomagnetic inclination, and the declination of the geomagnetic, a detailed analysis of the compensation principle is given.
