采用反相液相色谱法 ,选用EclipseXDB -C184 .6× 1 0 0mm色谱柱 ,以甲醇及甲醇 +水 ( 90∶1 0 )为流动相和DAD检测器 ,分别对毒死蜱·阿维菌素复配剂中的毒死蜱、阿维菌素对棉铃虫幼虫的表皮穿透能力进行了研究。结果表明HPLC可适用于杀虫剂表皮穿透研究。
Using reversed-phase liquid chromatography with EclipseXDB-C184 .6 × 1 0 0mm column, methanol and methanol + water (90:1) as mobile phase and DAD detector, respectively, chlorpyrifos-avermectin complex The chlorpyrifos and avermectin in the formulation were used to study the epidermal penetration ability of cotton bollworm larvae. The results show that HPLC can be applied to insecticide epidermal penetration studies.
