车辆防溜器是编组场尾部的关键设备。为了提高车辆编组的效率和安全性 ,需要对防溜器制动力的变化规律及其制动能高作深入的研究。运用力学中的三弯矩方程式和初始参数方程可以解决防溜器的超静定力学问题。计算表明 ,这种分析方法比起以前的静定分析方法所求得的制动能高要大。防溜器制动性能的研究也是编组场内车辆动态问题研究的基础之一 ,对建立编组场尾部数学模型有其应用价值。在实际应用中对摩擦系数的取值要根据编组场的具体情况而定
The vehicle anti-slip device is the key equipment in the rear of the yard. In order to improve the efficiency and safety of vehicle grouping, it is necessary to make a deep research on the change law of brake force and its braking energy. Using mechanics of the three moment equations and the initial equation of the equation can solve the anti-static device over the static problem. Calculations show that this method of analysis is significantly higher than the braking energy obtained from previous methods of static analysis. The study of brake performance of anti-slipper is also one of the foundations of the research on vehicle dynamics in grouped yard. It has its application value to establish the mathematical model of the tail of grouped yard.
