在小型鼓泡流化床实验装置上进行了糠醛渣的燃烧试验,研究了床温和过量空气系数对SO2、N2O、NO以及HCl排放的影响规律。结果表明:在所试验的床温范围内(700-900℃),SO2的排放质量浓度较高,浓度最大值约625.8 mg/m3,随着床温的升高,N2O的排放得到了有效的降低,但同时会导致NO排放升高,SO2的排放呈先减少后增加的变化趋势,在床温超过800℃之后增加较迅速,而HCl的排放则呈先增加后减小的变化趋势,在750℃时排放最大。随着过量空气系数的增加,SO2的排放降低,NO的排放增加,HCl和N2O的排放浓度基本保持不变。
The combustion experiment of furfural residue was carried out on a small bubbling fluidized bed experimental apparatus. The effects of bed temperature and excess air ratio on SO2, N2O, NO and HCl emissions were studied.
