通过对健康组与冠心病组各60例,于平地步行10分钟前后之心阻抗图微分波观察指标的分析,制定出冠心病阳性判定标准。再以此标准检测50例冠心病人和230例可能冠心病患者,并与心电图双倍二级梯运动试验以及频域心电图作对比分析。结果表明,此项试验是一种安全、敏感、简便、实用的冠心病早期诊断方法。
Through the analysis of 60 cases of healthy group and coronary heart disease group in each group, and before and after 10 minutes of walking on flat ground, the diagnostic criteria of differential impedance of heart impedance diagram were established to determine the positive standard of coronary heart disease. Then 50 patients with coronary heart disease and 230 patients with coronary heart disease were detected by this standard, and compared with electrocardiogram double second-order ladder exercise test and frequency-domain electrocardiogram. The results show that this test is a safe, sensitive, simple and practical method of early diagnosis of coronary heart disease.
