茶叶茸毛形态结构及形态发生的研究

茸毛主要着生在幼嫩芽叶的下表皮,是制茶原料的重要组成部分。—些学者曾先后对茸毛的内含成分、茸毛与茶叶品质的关系,及茸毛的遗传性作了探讨。李名君、束际林、严学成曾对茸毛进行过扫描电镜观察。但有关茸毛内部结构和形态发生方面的研究未见报道。本文旨在从植物形态解剖学的角度对茸毛进行系统的观察研究,以期为探讨茸毛在茶树良种选育和制茶过程中的作用提供理论依据。 Hair mainly in the young shoots under the leaves of the lower epidermis, tea is an important part of raw materials. - Some scholars have discussed the composition of the hair, the relationship between hair and tea quality, and the heredity of hair. Li Mingjun, Shu Limin, Yan Xuecheng hair on the scanning electron microscope. However, studies on the internal structure and morphogenesis of hairs have not been reported. The purpose of this paper is to systematically observe and study the hairs from the perspective of plant morphology and anatomy, in order to provide a theoretical basis for exploring the role of hairs in tea seed selection and tea preparation.
