本文通过对光敏核不育水稻的研究现状及其在寒冷稻作区的表现介绍,阐明了其在寒冷稻作区的利用价值和存在的问题,并就在本生态区如何利用光敏核不育水稻提出了作者的观点:(1)确定正确的育种目标,选用本地区抗逆性好的优良品种作杂交亲本,同时利用广亲和性材料作为杂交转育的桥梁;(2)在寒冷稻作区利用现有材料选育新的光敏核不育系时采用复交连续选择或轮回选择的方法更为有效;(3)寒冷稻作区无法繁育光敏核不育系种子,应开展化学控制技术研究,设想在长日照条件下用化学方法控制其不育性的表达,恢复可育性以繁殖核不育系。
