本试验以21个材料(普通玉米5个,糯玉米14个,爆裂种1个)进行了粗蛋白、粗脂肪、总淀粉、纤维素、胚中脂肪酸、17种氨基酸的测定,并调查了34个不同来源不同类别的糯玉米的株高、穗位高和百粒重。结果表明,粗蛋白、粗脂肪、油酸、棕榈酸、糯玉米略高于普通玉米、亚油酸、亚麻酸,七种必需氨基酸和赖氨酸含量略低于普通玉米,但类型间各组分平均数差未达显著标准。糯玉米淀粉含量高于其它三个类型,且淀粉品质优良。不同材料间,各营养成分含量差异显著,百粒重材料间有很大差异。株高和穗位高测定表明:广西、四川糯玉米品种偏高,生育期偏迟,北方引入的较矮、较早。无论农艺性状或营养成份,糯玉米在许多指标上变异幅度和变异系数都高于普通玉米,且有在某些指标上,甚至有在多项指标上表现特别优异的材料。这一结果表明在大量的糯玉米种质资源中存在着极大的选择潜力。
In this study, the determination of crude protein, crude fat, total starch, cellulose, embryonic fatty acids, 17 kinds of amino acids in 21 materials (5 ordinary corn, 14 waxy corn and 1 burst) Different types of different sources of waxy corn plant height, ear height and 100 grain weight. The results showed that crude protein, crude fat, oleic acid, palmitic acid and waxy corn were slightly higher than common maize, linoleic acid and linolenic acid. The waxy corn starch content is higher than the other three types, and the starch quality is good. Different materials, the significant difference in the content of nutrients, 100-weight materials are very different. The results of plant height and ear height showed that the varieties of waxy corn in Guangxi and Sichuan were high, the growth period was late, and the introduction of the north was shorter and earlier. Regardless of agronomic traits or nutritional content, waxy corn has a higher magnitude of variation and coefficient of variation than many common maize varieties on many indicators and has even some of the materials that perform exceptionally well on several indicators. This result indicates that there is great potential for selection in a large number of waxy corn germplasm resources.
