涉外秘书是我校新设专业,自创办以来,受到了各方面的重视与支持。为使该专业能更贴近地方经济建设,办出特色,办出活力,办出效益,为社会培养出真正所需的复合型人材,今年暑假,校团委与涉外经济系联合组织了专业调研组,就我校涉外秘书的发展方向与前景进行了为期半个多月的调查。 专业调查组由凌佶、夏江宁两位教师带队,赴嘉兴市区、海宁、平湖、桐乡等县市开展情况调查。在嘉兴市及所属各县市外经委的大力支持下,4名师生共走访了近10个乡镇,20余家涉外企业与外贸单位。通过问卷调查、个别访谈、实地考察、查阅资料等多种形式,收集了关于涉外秘书人材需求状况与专业发展方向的第一手资料。现将调查情况及有关建议报告如下: 一、涉外企事业单位现有秘书的工作状况。 在我们所调查的20余家企事业单位中,秘书部门除本职工作之外,无一例外地兼理着不 The foreign secretary is a newly established professional in our school.
