目的分析乙肝疫苗事件对儿童疫苗接种和家长疫苗选择的影响、评估影响程度和持续时间。方法收集2011-2014年深圳市福田区儿童常规免疫疫苗使用情况,重点对2013-2014年疫苗使用数据进行分析。结果 2014年一类疫苗用量较2013年减少8.57%,2014年1月一类疫苗、一类乙肝疫苗用量为疫苗事件后最低,较2013年同期下降43.24%、50.38%,影响较大的时间为疫苗事件后3个月。疫苗事件后二类疫苗用量稳步上升,用量较2013年上升8.64%。2014年一类疫苗替代疫苗使用比例达39.38%,较2013年上升11.57%。结论乙肝疫苗事件后儿童一类疫苗接种受到影响,家长选择二类疫苗意愿增加,应加大一类疫苗免疫效果和安全性宣传,恢复家长接种信心。
Objective To analyze the impact of hepatitis B vaccine on children’s vaccination and parental vaccine selection and evaluate the impact and duration. Methods The routine immunization vaccine for children in Futian District of Shenzhen City from 2011 to 2014 was collected and the data of vaccine use in 2013-2014 were analyzed. Results In 2014, the dosage of first-class vaccines decreased by 8.57% compared with that in 2013 and the first-class vaccines in January 2014 and the first class of hepatitis B vaccines were the lowest after the vaccination events, with a decrease of 43.24% and 50.38% as compared with the same period of 2013 Three months after the vaccine event. After the vaccine incident, the dosage of the two types of vaccines rose steadily, with an increase of 8.64% over the previous year. In 2014, the proportion of vaccines using alternative vaccines reached 39.38%, an increase of 11.57% over 2013 levels. Conclusion After vaccination of children in Hepatitis B vaccine is affected, the willingness of parents to choose the second type of vaccine is increased. The immunization effect and safety of one type of vaccine should be increased to restore the confidence of parents in vaccination.
