班级是幼儿园工作的一个基本单位,也是孩子们学习、生活的基本组织。提升幼儿班主任德育工作的实效性,全面提升学生的思想道德素质,对于学生的健康成长至关重要。班主任既担负着教育教学工作,又管理着幼儿日常所有琐碎事务。从这个意义上讲,班主任既是幼儿的组织者,又是幼儿的管理者,更是幼儿园教育精神的直接体现者和幼儿教育工作的直接实施者。这里作者就班主任德育教育“五则”出发,探究幼儿园班主任德育教育的开闸。
Class is a basic unit of kindergarten work, but also the basic organization of children’s study and life.
