广安区着眼未来五年(2014—2018年)推进人才发展战略,创新制度机制,加快人才优先发展试验区创建,努力集聚川东北人才洼地。一是实施“人才特区”打造计划。全面开展“人才优先发展试验区”创建工作,集中力量支持教育卫生系统人才优先发展示范点的建设,将广安中学、广安区中医院作为“人才特区”给予重点打造和资金支持。二是实施人才引进培养百人计划。实施“一部门一名硕士生”计划,计划未来5年共培养、引进150名具有博士、硕士学位的急需紧缺高层次人才和具有本地副高级专业技术职务的专业技术人才。完善引进人才住房、子女入学、配偶安置等方面的政策,让
