巩膜下滤帘咬切水,又名巩膜下小梁切除术,是治疗青光眼的主要方法之一。我院白1988年以来应用此法治疗各类青光眼共40例42只眼,证明此术方法简单,疗效满意,报告如下。 1.一般资料 本组手术共40例42只眼,男15例,女25例,年龄30～48岁,其中急性充血性青光眼9眼,术前平均眼压6.25kPa,慢性充血性青光眼13眼,术前平均眼硅5.62kPa,继发性青光眼11眼,术前平均眼压9.24kPa,绝对期青光眼6只,术前平均眼压6.75kPa,慢性单纯性青光眼2眼,术前平均眼压3.54kPa;观察时间:最塌3年,最短1年5个月,平均2年2个月。
