做为一位母亲,每当我的孩子受到他人或是老师的赞赏时,我总是颇感欣慰;年仅四岁的小儿,对于收获他人的赞赏总是其乐无穷。心理学的研究表明:人在满足生理与安全需要后,都希望能寻求一个自已所归属的群体,并在这个群体中获得尊重、爱护和帮助。因此,教师在教学与教育学生时,赏识学生,就能拉近师生间的距离,使学生及时看到自己身上的闪光点,达到良好的效果。下面,我就根据体校学生的特殊情况并联系实践,谈谈几点体会:
As a mother, I am always gratified every time my child is appreciated by others or teachers. Children as young as four are always happy with the admiration of others. Psychological studies have shown that: people meet the physical and security needs, all want to find a self-owned groups, and in this group are respected, care and help. Therefore, when teachers are teaching and educating students, appreciating students can shorten the distance between teachers and students so that students can see the flash points of themselves in time and achieve good results. Here, I will be based on the special circumstances of school students and contact practice, to talk about some experience:
