如何激发学生的学习兴趣,提高学生的技能水平,成为中职教师不可回避的课题。“理实一体”教学模式,将理论教学与实践教学融为一体,打破理论课与实践课界限,利用先进的教学设施和实训设备,实现专业理论知识传授和实践操作技能训练的统一。这种教学模式能很好地解决理论教学和实践教学脱节的问题,减少理论课之间及理论与实践课之间知识的重复,增强教学直观性,充分体现学生的主体参与作用。如何正确运用这种教学模式,提升“理实一体”教学效果,为社会培养更多高素“质的应用型人才,值得思考。
