我国经济的不断发展,使得电力工业建设发展的也相当迅速,各种类型的火电站随之涌现,且火电站的功率不断提高。这对相应设备提出了更高的要求,因而导致了锅炉的结构与运行变得更加复杂,这就导致并联管的内部流量与吸热之间存在差异,最终导致了锅炉高温过热器联箱接管座角焊缝出现裂纹。通过结合实际案例,对锅炉高温过热器联箱接管座角焊缝裂纹的原因进行分析,对锅炉自身设计、结构和运行反面展开复合与计算,找出焊缝裂纹出现的原因。同时,针对所在问题对过热器进行一定改造。实践表明,改造后的效果良好,能适应正常的生产需要。
