自丹参注射液及与之有关的部位中分离得到十个结晶性物质,经化学方法及光谱分析,将其中八个结晶性物质(晶Ⅰ~晶Ⅶ和晶Ⅹ)分别鉴定为黄芩甙、β-谷甾醇、隐丹参酮、熊果酸、β-谷甾醇-D-葡萄糖甙、原儿茶醛、异阿魏酸和二氢丹参酮Ⅰ。黄芩甙、熊果酸、β-谷甾醇-D-葡萄糖甙和异阿魏酸四种成分是首次从丹参中提得。另二个未知结构的结晶性物质,晶Ⅷ已确定其结构,命名为二氢异丹参酮Ⅰ,是首次从植物中被发现,晶Ⅸ的化学结构尚在测定中。
Ten crystalline substances were isolated from Salvia miltiorrhiza injection and its related parts. Eight chemically crystalline substances (crystal I-crystal VII and crystal X) were identified as Astragalus membranaceus and β by chemical methods and spectral analysis, respectively. - sitosterol, cryptotanshinone, ursolic acid, β-sitosterol-D-glucoside, protocatechuic aldehyde, isoferulic acid, and dihydrotanshinone I. The four components of astragalus, ursolic acid, β-sitosterol-D-glucoside and isoferulic acid were obtained for the first time from Salvia miltiorrhiza. Two other crystalline materials of unknown structure, crystal VIII has been identified in its structure, named dihydroisotanshinone I, was first discovered from plants, and the chemical structure of crystal IX is still being determined.
