目的:探讨多级干预管理对降低基层医院门诊换药室患者伤口感染发生率的影响。方法:综合分析2005年1月~2006年12月三家基层医院门诊换药室患者发生伤口感染的原因,制订多级干预管理措施,并于2007年1月~2009年12月实施。结果:2005年1月~2006年12月基层医院门诊换药室患者的伤口感染发生率为5.66%。实施多级干预管理措施后,2007年发生率降至1.40%,2008年1月~2009年12月降至0.20%,同时,医护人员的无菌观念显著增强,也减少了抗生素的滥用,从而减少了多重耐药菌群的产生。结论:对基层医院门诊换药室进行多级干预管理可显著降低患者的伤口感染发生率,同时减少抗生素的滥用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of multi-level intervention management on reducing the incidence of wound infection in outpatient dressing change rooms in primary hospitals. Methods: A comprehensive analysis of the causes of wound infection among patients from outpatient department of three primary hospitals from January 2005 to December 2006 was made. Multi-level intervention management measures were formulated and implemented from January 2007 to December 2009. Results: From January 2005 to December 2006, the prevalence of wound infection was 5.66%. The implementation of multi-level intervention management measures, the incidence fell to 1.40% in 2007, from January 2008 to December 2009 decreased to 0.20%, while health care workers significantly increased the concept of sterility, but also reduces the abuse of antibiotics and thus Reduce the generation of multi-drug resistant flora. Conclusions: Multi-level intervention management of outpatient dressing change rooms in primary hospitals can significantly reduce the incidence of wound infection in patients and reduce the abuse of antibiotics.
