预制装配式建筑是发达国家的主要建筑模式,和传统建筑模式相比,预制装配式住宅更加节能、高效、少污染、高质量、高安全性能,然而在中国的发展缓慢,企业在投资时颇有顾虑。本文通过利用风险管理的思想,结合预制装配式建筑的特点和中国市场现状,通过对投资风险的识别,建立风险评价指标体系,从而构建出预制装配式建筑的投资风险评价体系。
Prefabricated buildings are the main mode of construction in developed countries. Prefabricated houses are more energy efficient, less polluting, of higher quality and with higher safety compared with the traditional mode of construction. However, their development in China is sluggish, Have concerns. By using the idea of risk management, combining the characteristics of prefabricated prefabricated buildings with the current market conditions in China, this paper establishes the risk evaluation index system through the identification of investment risk, and constructs the investment risk evaluation system of prefabricated prefabricated buildings.
