目前,我国乡镇企业有了长足的发展,成为国民经济中举足轻重的力量。但由于种种原因,部分乡镇企业在经营中困难较多、效益低下,制约着国民经济的高速发展。为了帮助这些企业走出困境,并防止其他企业重蹈复辙,最近,我们组织专班,对襄樊市郊区庞公乡的乡镇企业进行了调查。通过调查我们发现:这类企业的待处理流动资产损失、应弥补亏损,以及积欠银行、信用社利息等数额都比较大,必须引起各方面的高度重视。 这些企业为什么会走到这一步呢?在这里,笔者仅就调查了解的情况作一粗浅分析。 一、造成部分乡镇企业经济效益低下的主要原因 (一)决策失误,盲目上马 从调查来看,大致有这样几种情况: 一是不考虑自身条件急于创办企业。有个造纸厂,生产中离不开蒸汽和电力,而这个厂却使用停电频繁的农用电,致使企业长期不能正常生产,亏损额愈来愈大。砖瓦厂上了玻璃马赛克项目,主要原料磁 At present, China’s township and village enterprises have made great progress and have become a major force in the national economy. Why do these companies come to this step? Here, the author only made a cursory analysis of the investigation and understanding of the situation. I.
