本文就校园建设的生态需求,归纳出国内外生态校园评估体系的94个评价因子,以此作为研究基础,以调查问卷的方式,对深圳大学校园使用者进行调查研究,使用模糊德尔菲法对调查结果进行分析,并参照现有生态校园的国家标准条例进行对比,归纳出深圳大学学生群体对生态校园的关注点与国家标准现有内容的差异。从使用者的角度,突显出提高环境物理品质、对设计过程及运营管理进行控制等问题的迫切性,其发现的问题可以作为对现有相关评价系统的修正和补充。
Based on the ecological needs of campus construction, this paper summarizes 94 evaluation factors of eco-campus assessment system both at home and abroad. Based on this, we use the method of questionnaire to investigate and study the users of campus in Shenzhen University, and use fuzzy Delphi method to investigate The results are analyzed and compared with the existing national standards of ecological campus regulations. The differences between the concerns of the student groups in Shenzhen University and the existing contents of national standards are summarized. From the user’s point of view, it highlights the urgency of improving the environmental physical quality, controlling the design process and operation management, and the problems discovered can be used as the corrections and supplements to the existing related evaluation systems.
