According to the attention of self-learning purposes and the will to work hard, attention can be divided into two types of unintentional attention and intentional attention. According to the characteristics of two kinds of different attention, how to use the attention rules, using unintentional attention and actively cultivating students’ intentional attention to serve for teaching? According to years of primary school physical education teaching experience, the author expounds from the following aspects. First, the use of unintentional attention to teaching unintentional attention is mainly caused by the direct characteristics of stimuli, their own interests, people involuntarily point their attention and focus on them.
