过去的二十世纪是一个伟大的世纪,人类的生产方式和经济模式在科技快速进步的推动下,发生了巨大的变化,在新经济模式下,员工不停地跳槽,企业不断地裁员,人员的流动愈来愈频繁。于是,现代大部分人比以往任何时代的人,都更强烈地感受到归属感的匮乏,而从前那种在一家企业从一而终的稳定感觉,往往会让人倍加怀念。在今后的社会,这种情况很可能会愈来愈糟糕,这不免让人觉得失望与无奈。但是,遇事不可悲观,且让我们客观地分析:缺乏归属感,缘于工作的淘汰率高;工作的淘汰率高,一方面是有能力的个人频繁跳槽,另一方面则是公司转变形态或缩编而经常裁员。
