目的了解新疆葡萄树伤流液蛋白含量及其抗氧化能力。方法采用考马斯亮蓝法测定新疆葡萄树伤流液的蛋白含量;以抗坏血酸为阳性对照,应用ABTS法、羟自由基试剂盒法、DPPH法和亚硝酸盐法,研究其对自由基的清除能力。结果不同产地、品种的葡萄树伤流液蛋白含量不同,其中和田木纳格最高,为22.4±0.07μg/mL;不同产地、品种的葡萄树伤流液清除自由基的能力不同,但对·OH的清除能力明显高于对DPPH·和NO-2·的清除能力。结论新疆葡萄树伤流液因产地和品种的不同,其蛋白含量及清除自由基能力也不同。
Objective To understand the fluid protein content and antioxidant capacity of grapevine in Xinjiang. Methods Coomassie brilliant blue method was used to determine the protein content of grapevine wound in Xinjiang. Ascorbic acid was used as a positive control to study its scavenging ability on free radicals by ABTS method, hydroxyl radical kit method, DPPH method and nitrite method . Results The content of hydrosperm protein in different grapevines of different habitats and cultivars was different, and the highest content of hydrargyrum was 22.4 ± 0.07μg / mL. The ability of grapevine fluid from different regions and breeds to scavenge free radicals was different, The scavenging capacity of OH was significantly higher than that of DPPH · and NO-2 ·. Conclusion Xinjiang grape sap injury due to different origin and variety, its protein content and ability to scavenge free radicals are also different.
