教师是借助其教学反思对自身的教学实践进行批判和反省,更新教学理念,改进教学方法,提升自己教学实践的合理性,从而成为一名专业型教师。但有相当部分教师观念落后,对教学反思表现出冷漠和无知,这是摆在新课改面前的严峻问题,这对新课程改革的贯彻落实,提高教学的整体水平极为不利。本文就这一现象分析,提出教师在教学中存在的问题,并注重理论与实践的相互结合,讲究层次分明,以期对教师的实践教学有所帮助。
Teachers make use of their teaching reflections to criticize and reflect on their own teaching practice, update their teaching philosophy, improve their teaching methods and enhance the rationality of their own teaching practice so as to become a professional teacher. However, a considerable part of teachers are outdated in their concepts and show indifference and ignorance in their teaching reflections. This is a serious problem facing the new curriculum reform. It is extremely unfavorable to implementing the new curriculum reform and raising the overall teaching level. Based on the analysis of this phenomenon, this paper puts forward the problems existing in teachers ’teaching, pays attention to the combination of theory and practice, and emphasizes the distinct levels so as to help teachers’ practical teaching.
