挖掘机连续在恶劣工况下作业时铲斗承受巨大的作用力,这不仅会造成铲斗斗齿座磨损加快,还极易导致斗齿座焊缝开焊、斗齿座断裂等故障。斗齿座断裂如图1所示。铲斗斗齿座和主刃板材质为难以焊接的特种合金钢,焊接过程中难以采取有效的加热保温措施。焊后焊缝周边母材若出现淬硬现象,将导致焊缝强度下降,增加了焊缝开裂的风险。为防止斗齿座焊接产生裂缝,本文介绍一种斗齿座焊接工艺。

Bucket tooth seat and the main blade material is difficult to weld special alloy steel, the welding process is difficult to take effective heating and insulation measures. If the base metal around the weld after welding quenching phenomenon, will lead to decreased weld strength, increased risk of weld cracking. In order to prevent the bucket tooth seat welding cracks, this article describes a bucket tooth seat welding process.
