1996年3月1～2日,中国有色金属工业总公司在宝鸡有色金属加工厂召开了“宝鸡有色金属加工厂钛带技术改造工程可行性研究报告“审查会.总公司计划部、全国钛办、有色西安公司、中国有色金属加工协会、陕西省建行、宝鸡市建行、北京有色金属设计研究总院、西北有色金属研究院、上钢五厂、沈阳有色金属加工厂、洛阳有色金属设计研究院、宝鸡有色金属加工厂等10多个单位的30多名专家、代表参加了会议.
