对Al-37%Si合金进行了磷变质及电磁搅拌处理。结果表明,磷变质可使合金的显微组织取得部分细化效果,初晶硅从粗大板条状为主过渡到较小块状为主,但不能完全消除粗大板条状的初晶硅。电磁搅拌可使合金的显微组织得到明显改善,初晶硅基本上呈块状或细小板条状,且棱角比较圆滑,并在显微组织中有近球形的α相存在。
Al-37% Si alloy was modified by phosphorus and electromagnetic stirring. The results show that the phosphorus modification can make the microstructure of the alloy to obtain partial refinement effect. The primary crystal silicon mainly changes from coarse lath to smaller lamella, but can not completely eliminate coarse lath silicon. Electromagnetic stirring can significantly improve the microstructure of the alloy, the primary silicon is basically massive or small slats, and the corners are relatively smooth, and in the microstructure of nearly spherical α-phase exists.
