目的探讨细胞毒性药物调配工作的特点和方法,促进其调配过程的规范化,保障患者用药的安全性,以提高医院的安全用药水平。方法笔者总结了3年来在北京大学肿瘤医院从事细胞毒性药物调配工作的经验。结果与结论针对细胞毒性药物的特点改进调配流程、规范调配方法,可进一步提高医院安全用药水平,减少人力、物力的浪费,加强人员防护。
Objective To explore the characteristics and methods of cytotoxic drug deployment, to promote the standardization of its deployment process and to ensure the safety of patients’ medication, so as to improve the level of safe medication in hospitals. Methods The author summarizes three years in Peking University Cancer Hospital engaged in the work of the deployment of cytotoxic drugs experience. Results and Conclusion Aiming at the characteristics of cytotoxic drugs, it is necessary to improve the deployment process and standardize the deployment methods to further improve the level of safe drug use in hospitals, reduce the waste of manpower and material resources, and strengthen personnel protection.
