患儿男、6个月,住院号33825,入院前5天接种百白破三联菌苗(卫生部兰州生物制品研究所生产,批号90028,失效期91、10、7)即出现发烧,体温38℃左右,持续5天,并抽搐1次,于91、9、17日入院。接种前无感冒,生后不久颈部皮肤感染化脓,疤痕愈合。本次系第一次预防接种。查体:体温38.5℃,精神差,前白平,咽不红,颈软。心、肺、腹无特殊,四肢活动自如,克布氏征阴性。实验室检查:Hb 130g/L,
