德育的三个主体家庭、社会、学校,相互牵拉,相互制约,孩子在其中左倾右斜,无所适从。我在示范高中做了14年的班主任和4年德育主任,关于德育工作的困惑却越来越多:文明礼貌、遵章守纪、环保节约、安全生命等教育,在小学、初中、高中大量地重复开展;学生在校园内表现很好,但走出校园就判若两人。我进行了很多尝试,总结出了一些看上去有效的教育方法,但结果总是不如人意。我越发感觉到学校德育工作的徒
