[目的]为15%阿维菌素.毒死蜱水乳剂质量标准的制定提供科学依据。[方法]采用高效液相色谱法测定和分析了15%阿维菌素.毒死蜱水乳剂中阿维菌素和毒死蜱的含量。[结果]对照品溶液中毒死蜱和阿维菌素的浓度-峰面积回归方程分别为:Y=762.90X+15.84和Y=727.94X+18.91,在10.0~100.0μg/ml的范围内线性关系良好。在精密度试验中,毒死蜱和阿维菌素的RSD分别为0.5%和0.7%。在重复性试验中,毒死蜱和阿维菌素的RSD分别为0.9%和0.5%。毒死蜱和阿维菌素的平均回收率分别为96.06%和96.31%。毒死蜱和阿维菌素的最低检测限均为0.32μg/ml。热处理储存和正常储存的15%阿维菌素.毒死蜱水乳剂的阿维菌素含量分别为12.54%和12.81%,毒死蜱含量分别为0.231%和0.235%。[结论]该方法准确度高,专属性强,灵敏度及稳定性好,测定结果可靠。
[Objective] The research aimed to provide a scientific basis for the quality standard of 15% abamectin chlorpyrifos emulsion. [Method] The contents of abamectin and chlorpyrifos in 15% abamectin aqueous chlorpyrifos were determined and analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography. [Result] The regression equations of concentration - peak area of chlorpyrifos and abamectin in the reference solution were Y = 762.90X + 15.84 and Y = 727.94X + 18.91, respectively. The linearity was good in the range of 10.0 ~ 100.0μg / ml . In the precision test, the RSDs of chlorpyrifos and abamectin were 0.5% and 0.7%, respectively. RSDs for chlorpyrifos and abamectin were 0.9% and 0.5%, respectively, in reproducibility tests. The average recoveries of chlorpyrifos and abamectin were 96.06% and 96.31%, respectively. The detection limits of chlorpyrifos and abamectin are both 0.32μg / ml. The avermectin content of chlorpyrifos water emulsion was 12.54% and 12.81% respectively, and the content of chlorpyrifos was 0.231% and 0.235% respectively. [Conclusion] The method has high accuracy, specificity, good sensitivity and stability, and reliable determination results.
