企业文化是一种群体文化,是在一定的环境里,全体职工在劳动和生活的长期过程中创造出来的物质成果和精神成果总和的反映。它的主要内容是以企业精神为核心,包括企业目标、企业形象、企业规章制度及企业环境等等。大庆油田的企业文化起源于大庆会战初期,成形于改革开放、发展社会主义市场经济的新时期。一般认为,优秀的企业文化具有导向功能、激励功能、凝聚功能、融合功能、控制功能及辐射功能等六种功能。下边,笔者就企业文化六种功能的发挥谈几点粗浅的看法。
Corporate culture is a kind of group culture. It is a reflection of the sum of material results and spiritual achievements created by all employees in the long-term process of labor and life in a certain environment. Its main content is based on the spirit of enterprise, including corporate goals, corporate image, corporate rules and regulations, and corporate environment. The corporate culture of Daqing Oilfield originated from the early days of the Daqing War, forming a new era of reform and opening up and the development of a socialist market economy. It is generally believed that excellent corporate culture has six functions: orientation function, incentive function, cohesive function, fusion function, control function, and radiation function. Below, the author discusses several superficial views on the six functions of corporate culture.
