Tyzzer＇s菌为严格的细胞内寄生,无法在人工培养基上增殖,目前国内常使用的方法为鸡胚和实验动物活体传代。我们实验室成功地在小鼠3T3细胞上培养小鼠Tyzzer＇s菌(MT-3T3)用套式PCR方法扩增,扩增出Tyzzer＇s茵特有的196hp条带。目前MT-3T3细胞已经应用于分子生物学和分子病理学的研究。","bacillus piliformis is an obligate intracellular bacterium, can''t proliferate in artificial medium.
