为探讨西线南水北调可调水量 ,依据实地考察和有关资料 ,描述了调水区河流水系构成 ,统计了各调水线控制流域面积。分析了调水区气候条件、降水量时空变化特性、径流补给形式及径流时空变化特性等。估算了调水区不同高程点径流来水量。综合分析结果表明 ,调水区最大可能调出水量应控制在 1 0 0 0亿 m3左右。最后依据实地考察和对有关资料的分析理解 ,对大西线调水有关方案 (或设想 )提出了一些商榷性意见。
In order to discuss the adjustable water volume in the western route of South-to-North Water Diversion Project, based on the field investigation and relevant data, the structure of river system in the water diversion area was described, and the control basin area was calculated. The climatic conditions of the water diversion area, the temporal and spatial variation characteristics of precipitation, the form of runoff supplies and the spatial and temporal variation characteristics of runoff are analyzed. Estimates of runoff water runoff at different elevation points. The result of comprehensive analysis shows that the maximum amount of water transferred in the water diversion area should be controlled at about 100 billion m3. At last, based on the field investigation and the analysis and comprehension of the relevant data, some opinions on the proposal (or concept) of water transfer to the Great Western Route are put forward.
