本文报道利用放射受体分析法,采用了人子宫内膜胞浆与细胞核17β-雌二醇受体的测定方法。测到了胞浆、细胞核的17β-雌二醇受体以及~3H-雌二醇的饱和曲线,17β-雌二醇与雌激素受体的解离常数(Kd)在10~(-10)M左右。以此方法对43例正常月经周期妇女的各期子宫内膜,分别测定了胞浆与核的17β-雌二醇受体,得到了月经周期早、中、晚增生期与早、中、晚分泌期胞浆与核17β-雌二醇受体含量变化的曲线。所得结果与Levy等在1980年报道的结果相近。
This paper reports the use of radioimmunoassay, using human endometrial cytoplasm and nucleus 17 beta-estradiol receptor assay. The saturation curves of 17β-estradiol receptor and ~ 3H-estradiol in cytoplasm and nucleus were measured. The dissociation constant (Kd) of 17β-estradiol and estrogen receptor was between 10 ~ (-10) M about. By this method, the 43β-endometrium of women with normal menstrual cycle were tested for 17β-estradiol receptors in cytoplasm and nucleus respectively. The early, middle and late proliferative phases of menstrual cycle were compared with those of early, middle, late Curves of secreted cytoplasmic and nuclear 17β-estradiol receptors. The results obtained are similar to those reported by Levy et al. In 1980.
