目的分析研究C反应蛋白(CRP)与白细胞(WBC)的联合检测在儿科感染疾病辅助诊断过程中的应用价值,为临床诊疗提供依据。方法选取60例患感染性疾病儿科患者为观察组与60例非感染儿童为对照组,抽取手指血,分析CRP与WBC检测在感染疾病诊断中的特异度与敏感度。结果小儿呼吸道感染CRP、WBC两项指标均有异常,且CRP增高比较明显,出现时间较早,观察组60例患儿CRP阳性率达80%,白细胞计数升高阳性率达68.3%,对照组CRP阳性率为5%,白细胞计数升高阳性率为3.3%。联合检测的敏感性为91.1%,特异度为95.8%。结论全血CRP、WBC联合检测可鉴别诊断儿童呼吸道细菌感染及非细菌感染性疾病,并提高细菌感染性疾病的诊断敏感度,进而指导临床用药。
Objective To analyze the value of combined detection of C-reactive protein (CRP) and leukocyte (WBC) in the diagnosis of pediatric infectious diseases and provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods Sixty pediatric patients with infectious diseases were selected as observation group and 60 non-infected children as control group. Finger blood samples were taken for analysis of the specificity and sensitivity of CRP and WBC in the diagnosis of infectious diseases. Results Both CRP and WBC in children with respiratory tract infection were abnormal, and CRP increased more obviously and appeared earlier. The positive rate of CRP in the observation group was 80% and the positive rate of white blood cell count was 68.3% in the control group The positive rate of CRP was 5% and the positive rate of white blood cell count was 3.3%. The sensitivity of combined detection was 91.1% and the specificity was 95.8%. Conclusion The combined detection of whole blood CRP and WBC can differentiate the respiratory tract bacterial infection and non-bacterial infectious disease in children, and improve the diagnostic sensitivity of bacterial infectious diseases, and then guide the clinical medication.
