目的探讨CT导引下经皮胸部穿刺活检技术的应用价值。方法回顾性分析196例(207个病灶)CT导引下经皮胸部穿刺活检结果、并发症及手术病理结果、临床转归。结果 196例患者均穿刺成功,取得组织满足病理学检查,穿刺物结果与手术病理、临床或影像学随访结果相符,穿刺诊断正确率100%。常见并发症为气胸。结论 CT导引下经皮胸部穿刺活检技术是安全、准确、有效的检查方法。
Objective To investigate the value of CT guided percutaneous thoracentesis biopsy. Methods A retrospective analysis of 196 cases (207 lesions) CT guided percutaneous thoracentesis biopsy results, complications and surgical pathology results, clinical outcome. Results All the 196 patients were successfully punctured, and the histopathology was obtained. The results of the puncture were consistent with the results of surgical pathology, clinical or imaging follow-up, and the diagnostic accuracy of puncture was 100%. The common complication is pneumothorax. Conclusion CT-guided percutaneous thoracentesis is a safe, accurate and effective method of examination.
