本文通过对各种高毒性有机氟化物的毒理作用方式及这类化合物的生理活性变化规律的分析,对有机氟化物中可能作为军用毒剂尤其是穿透防毒面具的毒剂的化合物类型及特点进行了初步的探讨。已知的高毒性有机氟化物包括:ω-单氟代脂肪族化合物、部分多氟及全氟代不饱和化合物及部分含硫及含氮的有机氟化物。根据它们的作用方式,高毒性有机氟化物可以分为两类:专一性作用类和非专一性作用类。超毒性毒剂可能在专一性作用类中发现;而穿透防毒面具的毒剂则可能在非专一性作用类中发现,因此,相对说来其毒性较低。
In this paper, toxicological effects of various highly toxic organic fluorides and their changes in physiological activity were analyzed. The types and characteristics of compounds in organic fluorides that may be used as military agents, especially those that penetrate gas masks, A preliminary discussion. Known highly toxic organic fluorides include: omega-monofluoroaliphatic compounds, partially polyfluorinated and perfluorinated unsaturated compounds, and partially sulfurous and nitrogen-containing organic fluorides. According to their mode of action, highly toxic organic fluorides can be divided into two categories: specific and non-specific classes of action. Hypercholemic agents may be found in specific classes of action; while penetrating gas masks may be found in non-specific classes of action, and thus, relatively less toxic.
