在当今社会条件下,唯有转变思想,更新观念,突破僵化模式,开辟新的领域,不断探索德育工作的新方法、新思路、新途径,才能实现具有时代精神的学校德育工作的目标。于此,笔者的体会是:一、注重教师形象,变“说教”为“示范”人民教育家陶行知说过:“教育就是教人做好人,教人做好国民。这样做要靠什么?一是靠教师的学识,二是靠包括师德在内的全部人格。”
